Where can I purchase products and accessories?

All products and accessories are available through distributors only. Find a distributor nearest your location.


Where can I purchase replacement parts?

Replacement parts can be purchased directly from Walter Meier Manufacturing Americas via our website on the Replacement Parts page or by calling Consumer Relations at 800-274-6848 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday). Replacement parts can also be purchased through distributors. Make sure to call ahead for availability. Not all distributors carry all products and product parts.


Where can I see pricing for products and replacement parts?

Our website does not show product pricing because we do not sell directly to the public. Only our distributors carry pricing information. Pricing for replacement parts however can be viewed on our site on the Replacement Parts page or by clicking on a replacement parts link on any of the individual product pages.


How can I register my product?

Currently we do not offer online product registration. To register your products simply mail in the registration card that comes with the product or, if there is no card call Consumer Relations at 800-274-6848 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday).


How can I purchase products from outside the USA?

For international contact information visit our Contact Us page.


How can I return a product?

All products must be returned to the distributor where the item was purchased. If a distributor has moved or closed call Consumer Relations at 800-274-6848 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday) for assistance.


Who do I contact for technical support?

For technical service concerning JET and Wilton retail products please call 800-274-6846 - 7:00a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday).

For technical service concerning JET and Wilton metalworking machines, vises, clamps, and hand tools please call 800-274-6846 and press 9 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday).


Where do I go to get my product repaired?

To obtain repair service on your product visit our Authroized Service Center page to use our ASC locator to find an authorized repair center nearest you.


Where can I get a product manual?

Manuals can be downloaded from the Manuals page or from the individual products pages.


Where can I get a catalog?

Catalogs can be ordered either directly through Walter Meier Manufacturing Americas by calling Consumer Relations at 800-274-6848 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday) or by contacting your local distributor.


Where can I find warranty information?

Warranty information can be found in your product manual. If you did not receive a manual or need a replacement contact Consumer Relations at 800-274-6848 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST, Monday - Friday).
